Exact coordinates, current charts, NOTAMs, obstacles, and the proposed suspended-load path determine whether the regional traffic picture affects a Cranston site.
The NOAA 1991–2020 normals for PVD report 47.54 inches of annual precipitation and 36.6 inches of annual snowfall. The station is in Warwick and provides a regional baseline only. Current wind, visibility, precipitation, surface conditions, and operator limits govern the actual schedule.
