Manufacturing remains the clearest local context in the city’s industrial history. Large roofs, plant additions, process components, and utility work are plausible comparisons only after certified weight and full access data are available.
The adopted River Front and Centre Plan covers the Mississippi riverfront and downtown between major streets, with infrastructure upgrades, resilience work, public space, and redevelopment in view. Current parcel conditions and public access must be checked before staging is assumed.
