The Census state-part workbook counts 74,725 residents in New Hampshire’s part of the Boston urban area. Census relationship data places Salem in that cross-state area and shows the largest New Hampshire town overlap. The number is not Salem’s population or evidence of lift demand.
The current FAA diagram for Lawrence Municipal Airport shows two paved runways, a 148-foot field elevation, and two marked surface hot spots. It is a regional airport reference, not a project staging site or an aircraft-fit determination.

The adopted master plan documents mixed-use redevelopment around Tuscan Village and continued commercial concentration along Broadway. Rooftop mechanical work in those settings turns on certified unit weight, roof access, and pedestrian separation rather than the size of the surrounding parcel.
Utility or structural work near I-93 and state routes still requires a controlled support route. Aerial placement can reduce equipment footprint in some geometries, but the comparison must include traffic control and property permission.
