The entry notes continual helicopter training and glider operations, so exact coordinates and current airport activity belong in the first aviation screen.

Local Constraints and Planning Responses

An NWS public-zone notice places the Bend metro in the Central Oregon forecast zone because it has lower average annual snowfall than the East Slopes of the Oregon Cascades.
