Portland-Vancouver-Hillsboro ranks first at 2,542,282 residents, followed by Salem at 445,814, Eugene-Springfield at 381,584, Bend at 266,376, and Medford at 221,795. The whole-area counts select the guides. They do not measure city population or lifting demand.
Portland’s metropolitan count includes Washington territory. Each guide uses an Oregon city as its editorial anchor and keeps site authority, aviation review, load data, and access separate from regional population evidence.
